Currently, sewage treatment has been listed as one of the priorities of the State Council and the sewage treatment plants that under construction and will be built have aroused more and more attention of the society. However, huge energy consumptions and high operating costs lead to the unmoral operation of many sewage treatment plants that have been built. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the energy consumption of sewage treatment plants and optimize equipments and systems for the purpose of energy-saving and cost-reducing.Based on the construction of sewage treatment plant in Manas,This article completed the electrical and automatic control system design of sewage treatment.MCCB(Moulded Case Circuit Breaker)、ACB( Air Circuit Breaker)and Low pressure drawer cabine、high-pressured switch cabinet are Produced by Schneider.The plant control system is consists of Automatic control instrument and PLC produced by SIEMENS. the main work is as follows:Combined with the local special climate, geological environment, Manasi, Tahe Industrial Park, Xinjiang Industrial Park sewage treatment plant to do electrical design. Electrical design in the sewage treatment plant Which include the main contents: factory electricity load leve and Power supply mode, load calculation,substation design, motor drive, able selectionand,Lightning protection and grounding.Taking the problems encountered in the design process as an example, the sewage plant energy saving measures to carry out a multi angle analysis and discussion.including Analyses the energy consumption of the typical sewage treatment plant processes, and researches and discusses the energy-saving technology of the important energy consumption process.
