Design And Implementation Of The Servo Control System For Direct-drive Sewing Machine

Nowadays, direct-drive sewing machine has become a development trend of sewing machinery industry, but in the domestic sewing industry, direct-drive sewing machine servo control system is not mature. Direct-drive sewing machine servo control system of this research is a combination of mechanical theory, electronics, motor control, photoelectric technique of mechatronic products.The main work of the thesis includes:(1) The thesis chooses the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the main drive of direct-drive sewing machine servo control system, uses SVPWM as the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor, establishes the theory of motor drive of direct-drive servo system control.(2) Through the analysis of the motion of sewing machine and research and investigation of sewing process demand, the scheme of the system and function structure is established.(3) According to the functional requirements of direct drive sewing machine, the thesis designs circuit of motor drive unit, power supply unit, the DSP chip unit, the encoder signal unit, governor signal unit.(4) For sewing machine’s complex process and multiple function, the system software is designed by modular design. According to the structure characteristics of direct-drive sewing machine, the innovative design of digital needle position, meet the needle position requirements of direct-drive sewing machine.The design of this thesis through the internal test, the authority of the national sewing machine test and market user small batch test, proves that the fully equipped with the industrial sewing machine work needs, and is a high performance price ratio, and energy saving and environmental protection of the sewing machine servo system. The successful development and application promotion of the direct-drive servo system, will improve the technological level of China’s sewing industry, promote the growth of economic and social benefits.
