In the textile industry, the constant yarn tension is an important factor to measure theautomatic winder, is also an important guarantee for subsequent weaving and dyeing. Inthe domestic, tension control device in winder mostly is mechanical, the effect is not idealby the traditional constant tension control device, tension fluctuation relatively large, andcause wear much to the yarn.Firstly, the dissertation describes the development of winder tension controller athome and abroad, enumerates the Pros and cons of the current tension controller, makethe appropriate preparations for the developed of constant tension brushless DC motor(BLDCM) control system in winder.Secondly, the production and the role of the yarn tension during the winding, thecomposition and impact of the yarn tension and the fluctuations yarn tension are analyzed,based on the analysis, we design a set of simple and practical tension control system. Thewinding control, traverse control, tension control respectively use independent motor, themain target to adjust is the tension control motor, detected by the tension sensor in realtime, and transmit the tension to the tension control device, tension control device adjustthe speed of tension control motor, adjust the speed of feed roller, ultimately achieve thepurpose of the yarn tension control. Use the BLDCM as the tension controller motor. Forthe issue of BLDCM with the large ripple, selecting the optimal modulation is appliedwith the constant tension BLDCM control system in winder by comparing the differentmodulation methods. Use MATLAB software SIMULINK module and combine fuzzy PIcontrol to simulate the BLDCM, verify the feasibility of motor controller in closed-looptension system.Thirdly, the dissertation designs the hardware and software process of the yarntension experimental platform. The hardware circuit is mainly constituted DSP controlcircuit which using the TI Company’s TMS320F2812as control core, main power circuit,isolating driver circuit, position detection circuit, current detection circuit, tension sensor interface circuit, the software designing includes the main program, timer interruptservice flow char, position detection flow chart.Finally, through the experimental analysis verify feasibility of the system hardware,analysis the waveform, experiment show that the motor has the good dynamic and staticperformance, tension control system can achieve better control effect, the basic stabilityof the yarn tension.
