Inevitable trend of industry sartorius development is machine united electricity industry sartorius . In the dissertation , industry sartorius servo control system of Brushless dc motor is mainly designed and studied . According to requirement of system , control project of couple closed loop is designed. Then , brushless dc motor is used for servo motor , modeling is made , and torque ripple due to phase commutation is analyzed . We determine that subsection reformative PID control arithmetic is most applicable of many possible choices after exhaustive discussion, investigation, simulation and comparison. And the theory of system braking is mainly analyzed, braking and orientation problem is solved by soft brake and reverse braking, The hardware has MCU 80C196MC as the nucleus controller of system , and join with ASIPM psl1014, which make up a suit of single , trustworthy and high efficiency servo system hardware circuit. C language and assemble language is mainly used in the design of system software. The module design method is adopted ,the system software is divided into many modules ,such as system initialization subprogram, keyboard scanning subprogram, phase commutation subprogram, velocity PI subprogram, current PI subprogram, data computing and dealing, control function modules.
