| Roadheader cutting head and shearer helical drum, as mining machinery workingdevice of crushing coal, whose cutting mechanism and load characteristic will directlyaffect the overall performance of mining machinery. According to the design theory andthe load calculation method of roadheader cutting head, the design software oflongitudinal cutting head of roadheader is developed based on Matlab and Excelcombined programming, in order to provide certain reference for designing cutting headof stress uniformity and low energy consumption. Making rated cutting power of cuttinghead as the criterion, combined with the virtual prototype technology, the reasonablemotion parameters of roadheader under different working conditions are obtained toprovide a new way for analyzing its applicable condition. The numerical simulationmodel of mining machinery crushing coal process is established on the basis of thenumerical simulation software LS-DYNA. The cutting mechanism of pickaxe shapetruncation tooth of mining machinery working device is discussed and analyzed deeply.The model of roadheader cutting head single tooth cutting coal is set up, the process ofbreaking rock is simulated, and the stress distribution of pickaxe shape truncation toothis also studied. Through the study of shearer helical drum crushing coal process, thedynamic response of shearer helical drum crushing coal is obtained, the load is extracted,the frequency domain curve of cutting tooth stress on each cutting line is also analyzed,and the advantage frequency domain of cutting tooth is shown, which can providetheoretical basis of shearer design and reliability analysis. |
