Study On The Structure And Function Of The Environment Emergency Command System Of Hunan Province

In recent years, there is a fast development in the information environmental in China, and more and more focused important in Hunan Province. In environmental protection area, if emergency happened, the environmental emergency command platform can be all assistant for the environmental department to achieve the pre-supervision and the pre-measurement. Not only can the platform, coordination, adjustment, make the decision and direction, exactly, rapidly and scientifically, but also makes the assessment and reconstruction after the harmful events.With the development of china environmental emergency command platform, some issues about the management power to deal the emergent and ruinous event were not taken into thoroughly consideration In order to ensure the communication; it is obviously necessary to improve the system for environmental emergency in Hunan province.In this paper, the Hunan Province environmental emergency command system is researched. Firstly, the situation and tendency of the environmental emergency command system is introduced; then, the main function of the system is analysis; secondly, the overall architecture of the environmental emergency command system is provided; finally, it analyses about the key technology within the system are presented. What’s more, it has given priority to the design and study for the live wireless broadband transmission, data network system and the video collection of that kind.
