Design And Implementation Of Jinfeng Coal Mine Fusion Dispatching Communication System

According to the national requirements for the construction of the "six major systems" of coal mines,most coal mines have completed the construction of communication and communication systems(program-controlled telephones,wireless communications,emergency broadcasting),but each system has different establishment time,is relatively independent,and lacks linkage,and has become an "island" of the system,it is urgent to integrate the technical advantages of wired dispatch communication,wireless communication,IP digital broadcasting and other systems,and to study and build a unified dispatch command communication platform,eliminate information islands and provide rich and convenient multimedia resources for managers to scientifically command and make quick decisions,to improve the scientific management level of coal mines.In order to solve many problems such as "aging equipment,backward technology,incomplete signal coverage,insufficient interconnection,lack of centralized scheduling,and lack of interactive linkage" in the communication system of Jinfeng Coal Mine,explore and practice the company's new comprehensive intelligent dispatching management and control model for coal mines.This paper designs an IP PBX technology architecture based on IP as the core,using network technology,soft switching technology and converged communication technology,the Jinfeng Coal Mine has realized a fusion dispatching communication system integrating a wired dispatching system,a 4G wireless communication system and an emergency broadcasting system.The design uses IP PBX switch to replace the original PBX switch,and uses 4G wireless communication systExpand the emergency broadcasting system,using SBC multimedia border gateway and SIP protocol,em to replace the original PHS system,integration of wired dispatch system,4G wireless communication system and emergency broadcasting system,realize multi-system integrated dispatching command on a touch screen dispatching station,t the same time,it realizes the emergency linkage function with the safety monitoring system,personnel positioning system and video monitoring system.The test verifies that the designed integrated dispatch communication system can meet the basic requirements of "integrating wired,wireless,broadcast,language,video and other information media interactions to achieve integrated dispatch and multi-system linkage",and various system functions The indicators have been achieved,and the system is running stably,which has certain practical value.
