| With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, road building gradually comes into a sustained and rapid development track. The road make contributions for national economic and social development,but traffic noise generated from the road is becoming the major hazard for improvement of life quality for residents. A lot of financial and material resources that can be saved and the uncertainty impact of traffic noise could be reduced,if we can accurately predict the effects of noise after road construction and accordingly propose practical pollution prevention measures.Firstly, based on the relevant information and practical work experience, impact of traffic noise factors, evaluation criteria, evaluation capacity and the usual traffic noise prediction model in China were summed up.Secondly, several low-grade highways in Inner Mongolia were selected and noise were monitoring from typical cross. Road traffic flow, speed, vehicle condition were simultaneously recorded. Research results show that number of transportation vehicles and noise values are relatively low in each monitoring sections. Monitoring value of traffic noise in each cross40m outside highway centerline basicly meet standard of the level2in "sound environmental quality standards wheather day or night,Speed of most small cars in high qulity road were faster than the design speed of the road. speed of large, mid-sized car did not change significantly. Speed of small cars in poor road were generally less than the design speed. speed of large and medium-sized vehicle were not changeed significantly.Finally, four kinds of road traffic noise prediction model were used for the monitoring of roads Traffic Noise. Result in prediction and monitoring forecast are compared and analyzed. Research results show that the prediction accuracy is closely related with the the traffic flow in selected sections of road, speed and predictive models. It is better to use the "Ministry of Transportation2006models" in case of small proportion in the mid size carIt is better to use the" Ministry of Transportation2006model" to calculate the car’s speed and to use the " MEP2009model to calculate source intensity cycling in case of big proportion(20%) of the mid size car. Background value have a bigger effect on the its prediction value in case that forecast traffic volume is very small and the impact of superimposed background value need to be considered.The results in thesis would take an practical reference and theoretical basis for the noise prediction and evaluation of low-grade road transport. |
