A drainage system for underground mine as an integral part of the production system, and it plays the role of discharging underground water promptly, efficiently and reliably to the ground in order to ensure the safety of mine personnel and the normal operation of the production process.The system uses an electromagnetic launcher built with integrated controller, in which S7-200PLC as the main body, enabling focal point for underground drainage submersible pumps distributed intelligent control. And through accessing float switch sensor, the controller can control the electromagnetic starter to open or stop according to the water level change, enabling automatic control of drainage in situ.While building underground Gigabit Ethernet fiber optic ring network, and the electromagnetic launcher with comprehensive security is built in the monitoring network access, and the industrial and terrestrial fiber optic ring network through core switches is connected to form a private network underground to the ground. Meanwhile, Configuration software is configured in PC, and local control system uses PLC as the central control unit. Based on the above basis, the system chooses MODBUS protocol. Therefore, by the communication of the host computer and low level controller, it can be realized on submersible pump control, the remote monitoring of current, voltage and other parameters to realize centralized scheduling and control of submersible pumps.The system builds a centralized monitoring based on independent networks in place to keep the existing stand-alone control to achieve a long-range early warning and centralized control. And it provides a solution for widely distributed, start and stopping frequently field level submersible pump control problem, as well it has a positive effect on improving mine central pumping station automation level.
