Centralized control is to establish a relatively stable control center in the operation of the equipment system, the control center of all kinds of information on the system and processing the unified, find solutions to problems and puts forward the problems. The characteristics of this form of all information(including internal, external) into the center, the control center concentration processing, and all the control instructions also unity issued by the control center, so as to guarantee the consistency of equipment operation.Control methods of working face mining method and equipment in shallow seams is restricted by geological conditions, the current exploitation mostly through artificial drilling and blasting mining, equipment operation as a single independent operation, low level of automation, take up more personnel, no equipment between the chain, is also a lack of monitoring and protection means necessary, easy cause equipment for maintenance is not timely and failure, because of lack of linkage between devices, monitoring and protection means, and the injuries caused by accidents, seriously affected and restricted the coal mine safety production.This thesis is in view of the above problems, the automation technology, network technology and software technology, based on in-depth analysis of coal mine integrated automation system, designs the system suitable for thin seam blast mining working face of centralized control device. The main contents are:1.Through the in-depth analysis of the current 1 thin coal seam blasting mining face equipment control status and development trend, put forward the centralized control system design scheme of equipment working face of thin coal seam blasting, this paper discusses the design goals, principles, ideas and design requirements.2.The centralized control system, network transmission, sensor signal acquisition and control equipment are overall discussed working face in thin coal seam blasting equipment.3.Combined with the actual production situation of Beisu Coal Mine, designed for the thin coal seam blasting of Beisu Coal Mine production needs of the mining face equipment centralized control system. This system will promote the investment of thin coal seam blasting mining face equipment control revolution, improve the level of equipment of thin seam coal mine, improve work efficiency and economic benefits, reduce equipment accidents and injuries, for the thin coal seam blasting mine to realize intrinsic safety and high efficient basis.
