With the development of industry, government and more and more companies propose thedevelopment of recycling economy, re-manufacturing production has become anindispensable part of enterprise productivity. Radial forging hammer as the core componentsof the machine, its poor working conditions, the surface is easy to be wear and tear. Whileimporting hammer is expensive, so the hammer for remanufacturing repair is extremelyimportant, usually use the method of repair welding. Hammer head is composed by threematerials “matrix+buffer layer+surface layer”, and they merge together by weldingmethods.This paper first reviews the forging machines and remanufacturing technology trends athome and abroad, and made a review of the development of finite element techniques ofwelding, summarizes the steps ANSYS finite element analysis software, finite elementnumerical simulation is important means of analyzing stress and deformation of welding thewelding process. This paper develops a hammer manufacturing processes for enterprises,provides a theoretical basis for homemade hammer. According to the work of the hammer,using ANSYS finite element analysis software, structural analysis capabilities hammer workforce deformation, get the hammer wear deformation theory at work, mainly for the topsurface wear. Using remanufacturing means to repair the using hammer.Hammerhead matrix material is56NiCrMoV7, working layer material is super alloyGH520, using ANSYS APDL language programming software simulate the surface layerwelding process. On the basis of the simulation of the different process parameters,temperature change of the surfacing layer, the analysis showed that the preheatingtemperature for different nodes affect the maximum temperature and the higher the preheatingtemperature, the higher the maximum temperature node Therefore welding process shouldtake certain preheating means, a temperature gradient can be reduced, reducing the residual stress. Different welding speeds affect material deposited to a certain extent, when thewelding speed increases, the node temperature decreases. When the welding speed is too large,will lower the temperature, making the surface of high-temperature alloys and the transitionlayer can be deposited without a good, easily lead to cracks, directly affect the quality ofwelding.The temperature field analysis surfacing as a result of load to stress field analysis usingANSYS indirect thermal coupling method. Analysis showed that the moving direction of thewelding heat, the performance of the tensile stress and from the area close to the heat source,the thermal stress is large, the welding heat in the vertical direction of movement of thewelding starting end is compressive stress and tensile stress is gradually changed, and finallyto reach equilibrium.Manufacturing processes in accordance with the specified hammer and welding technology,applies to the hammer after manufacture Jinxi Axle factory production found hammerhead ingood condition, and with a hammer after the repair welding technology at work to meet thesame production needs, the use of recycled materials can save manufacturing means forenterprises to reduce costs.
