In the21st century, manufacturing industry achieves high trend of economicdevelopment, at the same time, the problem of cost control and reasonable use of resources ismore and more becoming preferred position in the development of manufacturing industry,under this background,remanufacturing engineering research arises at the historicmoment.The direct implication of remanufacturing is to make invalid or damaged mechanicalproducts or components to receive the use value of the technical measures,thereinto surfaceengineering technologies are widely used in remanufacturing repair activities,inaddition,welding technology as a production technology that arises with manufacturing ismore and more applied to the crack remanufacturing of parts and components.The article is based on repair remanufacturing instance of the gear ring crack, take thefinite element software ANSYS as platform to establish a simple welding model of flat Vgroove,then successfully simulate the multilayer multichannel welding temperature field andstress field by use gauss heat source and the results is in line with the actual situation.Thepaper also applied the live and death unit technology for the simulation of filling process, andconsidering thermal physical properties and mechanical properties of the weld material andbase material to make the results more conform to the actual situation.The temperature change of the welding process was analyzed by extracting temperaturefield map and thermal cycle curves, the analysis results show that the relationship betweenheat source and the center of the weld position has important influence to the distribution ofthe temperature contours, and the thermal cycle curve peak is related to the welding sequence,which is consistent with actual situation.In addition, the paper also discusses that how theprocess parameters influent the welding temperature field such as welding heat source andwelding speed, this act provides a reference to the selection of related parameters ofmultilayer multichannel welding numerical analysis.The residual stress distribution was analyzed by a sequential coupling method in thispaper,and the results show that the longitudinal shrinkage in weld direction is given priority tohorizontal welding residual stress and the with weld tensile stress on the cross section is givenpriority to longitudinal residual stress.
