A Study On The "Integration" Of Chemical Enterprise Management

Since the reform and opening up, China’s chemical industry developed rapidly, andmade important contributions tothe development of the national economy. At the sametime, the business environment of China’s chemical industry is becoming more and morecomplicated, risk and security risks are also more and more. Products and chemicalenterprises "operation properties of high temperature and high pressure, inflammable,explosive" determines theindustry is a high risk industry. In order to carry out the safetymanagement effective, most chemical enterprises in theimplementation of the qualitymanagement system, environmental management system, occupation health and safetymanagement system, enterprises "6S" management system, national safetystandardization management system and safety observation and communication and soon many methods. Safety management of chemical industry has become a key issue inacademic circles and enterprise research. Therefore, the safety management problems in-depth study of the chemical industry, has the important research value and practicalsignificance for the healthy development of the industry and enterprises.In this paper, taking Daqing Oilfield Chemical Co. Ltd. as a case study of"integration" management. For a long time,adhere to business activities closelyintegrated with the safe production of Daqing Oilfield Chemical Co., ltd.. In recent years,with the number of aging equipment and new employees number, all aspects of securitywork difficulty is alsoon the increase, operation difficulty and risk also need to re-recognition and effective management, to prevent all kinds of accidents. In this paper,through the investigation and sampling analysis method, the management system oforganic integration, and the formation of "integration" management system, and risk andsafety management andguidance to the enterprises, the economic loss to the problems of safety accidents, reduce the potential accident may result in loss of target.
