Study On Safety Management Of Light Hydrocarbon Project In DH Chemical Enterprise

The chemical industry is the country’s basic industry.Its stable and rapid development provides guarantee for the development of other related industries.However,compared with other industries,chemical industry has higher risk,and the probability of production safety accidents is also higher.Nowadays,the public generally have higher requirements for the quality of life,so they are worried about the safety of chemical enterprises around them.At the same time,the urban government for its safety production management requirements are increasingly stringent.One of the major demands of chemical enterprises is to achieve profits on the basis of ensuring safe production.In order to achieve the goal of safe production,the key is to do a good job in the safety management of enterprises.In this paper,through the calculation and analysis of DH chemical enterprise safety management status,to provide ideas for similar enterprises safety management system innovation.The research object of this paper is DH chemical enterprise light hydrocarbon project.First of all,by studying the safety management of chemical enterprises at home and abroad,and learning heinrich’s law and other safety management related theories,it lays a foundation for the following safety management research.Then the light hydrocarbon project process and light hydrocarbon products of DH chemical enterprise are introduced to understand the current department structure and safety management system of DH chemical enterprise,and analyze the possible safety management problems of the safety management system.Then the safety management index evaluation system was established according to the objective data of light hydrocarbon projects in DH chemical enterprises,and the weight of each index was calculated by entropy method.According to the weight results and trends of each index,the factors affecting safety management are analyzed.Finally,feasible suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the safety management level of light hydrocarbon projects in DH chemical enterprises.For the safety management of chemical enterprises,Companies need to do more than settle for the status quo,should take feasible safety management methods and measures to reform the internal safety management system according to the needs,so as to achieve steady development of enterprises.
