The Design, Manufacture And Experimental Investigation Of300Types Of Skid Mounted Fracturing Pump

As one of the key equipment of oil field fracturing, Fracturing pump’s construction,,performance, adaptability and the service life related to the level oilproduction.Fracturing pump’s requirement of present domestic oilfield fracturing andcoal-bed methane development is large power, high discharge pressure, large capacity,which is large volume and weight.For the shallow, middle shallow layer fracturing,the power,pressure and ovulation of fracturing pump is not very important,but for the mobility of the equipmentrequirement is very high, that is to say the size and weight to be as small as possible.The successful development of the300types of skid mounted fracturing pump fillsthe gaps in this field.At present the computer software is widely used in engineering design, the moderndesign method can improve the efficiency of product development and design, to winmore market competitive advantage for enterprises. In this research, a lot of computeraided software application, for example:AutoCAD, solideworks and ANSYS etc.Fracturing pump’s working condition is very bad, its load depends on the workingpressure, the load with the pressure increase. So the high pressure analysis of motionparts and components is very necessary.The main design work of this topic are as follows:(1) Discuss the development of thedomestic and international related aspects，(2)Study on fracturing pump performanceparameters, analysis and design the structure of fracturing pump，(3) Analysis of theforce on the crank and connecting rod mechanism, program analysis work load，(4)Finite element analysis for the connecting rod and crankshaft using ANSYS，(5)Studies on the basic parameters of300models, skid mounted fracturing pumpcomponents selection and integral parts，(6)Performance test of complete fracturingpump head pressure test, the test and skid mounted fracturing pump, and the resultswere analyzed. The operation result satisfies with the design target.
