Based on the demand of Suncun Coal Mine of Xinwen Mining Group, the explosion-proof and intrinsically Safe 4-quadrants frequency inverter hoist winding machine is designed and researched in this paper.The idea of design, the choosing of inverter, and the method of electrical control of winding machine are discussed, the"double-line system"which is the key point of electrical control system is studied and implemented. The pulse signal numerical procedure and algorithm are designed and optimized, and the whole system is checked and online debugged.System design is according to the principles of safe, reliable, advanced technology, easy to maintenance and use, economic and feasibility.Advanced technology of speed senseless vector control is adapted in driving system, which applies double closed loop(speed loop and current loop) control technology to 3-phase AC asynchronous motor via a series of vector exchange to make AC motor operate as good as DC motor. And this will make hoist speed be adjusted precisely and stably. AFE technology is also used to achieve that renewable energy feedback to electrical trig, which have stronger toque with good feature of responses, and energy resource is saved.Control system uses double PLC systems and sampling separated to put "double-line system" into practices. The key circuit including safety circuit, deceleration circuit etc. is designed using mechanical and program redundancy method, which has a dual or triple protection and provides more safety for the winding machine.System tests and online debug show that system design is advanced and reasonable, system operation stable and reliable, and the expect aim is achieved.
