Legal Research Of The Domestic Garbage Pollut Ion Problem In Rural Areas

Since the beginning of21st century, the government has been paying intensive attention to The Three Rural Issues by fully promoting the construction of the rural areas and thus releasing productivity in the rural areas. However, with the progressing of modern society and the promotion of the standard of living in the rural areas, large quantity of chemical materials made of complicated ingredients flow over to the countryside. Moreover, the imperfection of the legal system, the negative attitude from the government as well as the environmental awareness of the farmers are making the rural areas suffering from severe ecologic damage. The pollution made of domestic waste in the countryside is a typical case. The countryside consists of many different kinds of environment, in which case to clarify the management of the rural environment is never simple. Thus this thesis would look attentively into the pollution problems by implementing a case study in Jvxi County. We interviewed and studied how the country had solved their domestic garbage pollution, which included its current situation, measures, deficiencies as well as the fundamental reasons of why they were not solved completely. Based on this research, we have reached a direct viewing of status quo of the environmental protection in the rural areas in China. Using this research result as well as the advanced rural governing modes and legal experiences, we research into how to regulate the legislation, execution, abidance and legal supervision, and thus reflect on the appropriate way of environmental protection in the rural areas.
