Research On The Control Of Rural Household Garbage In Suining County

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of "garbage classification is a new fashion" speech put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,solve the problems on the treatment of domestic waste in rural areas,achieve the goal of source reduction,harmless end-of-end disposal and resource utilization,and comprehensively improve the living environment level of rural areas,this paper summarizes the reasons why Suining County has four problems:mixed urban-rural collection and transportation,insufficient supervision,imperfect xecycling system and low degree of residents’cooperation in rural solid waste management,and analyzes the reasons for the restricted classification of rural domestic waste,insufficient guarantee of governance policies and regulations,imperfect construction of renewable resources system and insufficient residents’ understanding after combining the research background at home and abroad and examining the governance of some local townships in the fild.It will further explore die countermeasures and suggestions for the management of rural domestic waste in Suining County based on the results of the questionnaire and the preliminary field research which is the key content of this article:first,to promote the classification of garbage and realize source reduction;second,to establish and improve policies and regulations and improve institutional security;third,to improve the construction of waste recycling system and promote the use of renewable resources;fourth,to widely publicize and guide and promote the effective participation of society.
