In most of oil fields of our country, workover device still mostly depends on manualoperation, which makes the worker’s labor intensity big, complicated process, with manydangers, workover device and therefore the development of a higher degree of automationis quite important.This paper is mainly devoted to the finite element analysis of the important parts ofSlip systems in the compulsory lifting system of hyper-thermal snubbing operation injectedby steam. Slips are important clamping tools of tubing in the workover treatment of the oilfield. The current domestic in the oil pipe is still mainly manual. In this paper, can theautomation realized by the design of well repairing.At the same time, due to most of the plants in the wild, the workover device isdesigned for the vehicle-type structure in this paper, in order to improve the workoverspeed with convenient use of well repairing device in various oil, reduce the cost of thewell repair.According to the space limitation and the weight of clamp tubing of VehicularHigh-temperature Snubbing, the basic structure of the slip body is designed. In theself-locking conditions, the coefficient of friction between the wall and the outer wall ofthe slip body oil is calculated. In addition, in the self-locking conditions the rotaryclamping cam type slip structure is designed. At the same time, mechanical analysis isconducted according to the corresponding parameters of the important bearingcomponents.First of all, the servicing rig slip of the status quo at home and abroad is analyzed witha sea of preparation. Aiming at the structure of the slip in servicing rig, much detailedresearch is made, in which the working conditions of the slip, the contact between the slipbody and the slip coat after the applied load, as well as the deformation of the CAM shaftand axle are studied. Secondly, by analyzing the geometric model of the system modeled by Solidworks,and analyzes the system structure and working principle, the mechanics model of thesystem is established. The displacement deformation and stress deformation after loadingare calculated via the static structure analysis of model introduced into ANSYS with theapplication of the corresponding command.Finally, comparing with the corresponding allowable stress of material and so on withthe analysis of the results, the fact that whether the important parts of slip system arefailure is validate.
