SFA was developed during the1980s by Steve deShazer. The model based on respect for the individual, and faith in that person’s ownresources and potential. It emphasizes that patients should put the focus to solve theproblem in the positive aspect. At present, the model gets more and more attention athome and abroad in the clinical nursing field. Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy iscommon psychological problems with anxiety and depression. Problem-Solving Approachis usually to overcome or alleviate patients’ negative psychology as a purpose ofpsychological nursing, so that the cause of the psychological problems was seen too much.It is ignored for cancer ability of digging and positive force excitation so thatpsychological nursing effect is not ideal. So in light of application we focused on cancerinpatient with chemotherapy, and studied on the effect of SFA on negative affection andSWB of cancer patients undergo chemotherapy.It is theoretical basis and practices guidance to improve the quality of patients and provide a new way to improve the qualityof clinical psychological nursing.ObjectiveUnderstanding cancer chemotherapy in patients with anxiety, depression, subjectivewell-being and its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for further developmentof psychological intervention in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Study on the effect of SFA psychological intervention on improving anxiety,depression and SWB of cancer patients undergo chemotherapy.Method1.Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were recruited convenitently selectedfrom in three A-grade hospital of Xi’an. The self-rating anxiety scale, self-ratingdepression scale and general well-being Schedule, were used to assess patients’ anxietydepression and subjective well-being.2. Using SFA of psychological intervention in cancer patients undergoingchemotherapy. Statistical analyses were performed on data using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware, including statistical methods: descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlationanalysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, Chi-square test, Independent-t test andANOVA for repeated measurement.Results1. Investigation and analysis of cancer chemotherapy in patients with anxiety,depression and subjective well-being.The relevance ratio of cancer anxious is44.7%, depression is55.3%. Compared togeneral population, the score of anxiety47.959.20and depression54.3610.05incancer patients undergo chemotherapy significantly higher. Family income and medicalcost are influence factor of anxiety and depression of cancer patients.The SWB score of cancer patients undergo chemotherapy are lower than generalpopulation (P﹤0.05). The main influence factor SWB of cancer patients are anxiety anddepression, family income and number of chemotherapy.Anxiety and depression is negatively correlated with SWB of cancer patients (r=-0.679or-0.707).2. Study on the effects on anxiety, depression of cancer patients undergoingchemotherapy and subjective well-being of SFACompared to the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS are more descend inexperimental group.Comparison results showed that the score of SWB, the pair of healthy concern,energy, Control of the emotions and behavior and slack or nervous in experimental group,which are significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). There is no significantdifference in satisfaction or interest in life and depression or happy state of mind(P>0.05)。ConclusionIt’s worth to pay more attention to cancer patients undergo chemotherapy because ofthe higher anxiety and depression, lower SWB.
