The Study For IL-6and MDA Of Ovarian Cysts Model In Rat By Warming Needle With The Yangci Therapy

Objectivewe will Focus on the pathogenesis of ovarian cysts and progress in the related factors and related research. Through observing the expression of related factor on rat ovarian cyst formation, using Centro-square needling method to rat model of intervention to explore more effective method of treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion. This way should alleviate the suffering of patients, reduce the cost of treatment, further provides new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.MethodsSelect the SPF level of50healthy adult Wister rats were randomized in principle only, divided into5groups:normal group, sham operation group, model group, acupuncture group and mild moxibustion group. Take10%of0.1ml mustard oil ovary injection to30rats were randomly selected for modeling, the model rats were randomly divided into model group, acupuncture group and mild moxibustion group compared with the sham operation group, the ovary of rats injected with saline, do experiment..After the end of the experiment, take the measurement of rat ovarian weight and three diameter size, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum interleukin6(IL-6) and malondialdehyde (MDA) level, and keep doing with observation and histopathological examination of ovarian cystic lesions.Results①The level of serum IL-6in the rats of model group was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was significant by (p<0.01);②Acupuncture group, acupuncture group compared with the model group, the serum IL-6levels were decreased to different extent, the differences were significant by (P<0.05, P<0.01), compared between acupuncture group and mild moxibustion group, the difference was significant by (P<0.05), compared to the sham operation group and the normal group, the difference was significant by (P<0.05)③The level of MDA between acupuncture group compared and the model group, there were reduced in different degree, the difference was significant by (p<0.01,P<0.05); mild moxibustion group compared with the acupuncture group, the difference was significant by (p<0.01)④Visual observation:two groups of treatment of ovarian lesion volume, compared with the model group reduced in varying degrees of (p<0.05, p<0.01), the difference was significant between the mild moxibustion and acupuncture group (P<0.05); visible cyst atrophy or disappear, surface hyperemia and edema was reduced appearance, weight contrast, mild moxibustion group and the acupuncture group compared with the model group, the differences were significant (p<0.01and p<0.05); tip can be two kinds of therapeutic methods for inhibiting the growth of ovarian cyst, ovarian cyst morphology change, effective in the treatment of ovarian cyst, the acupuncture group had the best effect.⑤Histopathological examination revealed electron microscope:the treatment group of the follicular maturation, interstitial cells are small and sparse.Conclusionmild moxibustion" Centro-square needling" could decrease the level of serum IL-6in inhibiting inflammatory edema and the level of serum MDA.reduced oxygen free radical injury mechanism. It also can adjust the immune function of ovary, control the growth inhibition of proliferation of ovarian cyst and promote its atrophy mechanism of treatment of ovarian cysts.
