Its pathological feature is the "three wide", namely the pain, functional limitation tenderness widely widely and widely. Periarthritis of shoulder symptoms on the patient’s life and work and can cause a great impact, therefore, to find out a feasible and efficient method to alleviate the pain of the patient of periarthritis of shoulder to hot Chu has become a research. Centro square needling method as a kind of traditional acupuncture manipulation, and effective treatment of pain, pain and functional activities of patients can be improved. So this research uses Yang needling method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, provide a new therapeutic approach for clinical.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture of Centro square needling method of periarthritis of shoulder, to compare the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture, to explore the clinical effect of Centro square needling method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods2013 March to 2014 March, the choice of treatment in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital acupuncture clinics and ward patients meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of periarthritis of shoulder, according to the proportion of 1:1 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group of 30 cases, including 14 cases of treatment group, 16 cases in male, the female, the youngest 52 years old 66 years old, the biggest; the control group male 13 cases, female 17 cases, the youngest 50 years old, the biggest 68 years old. The general situation of the patients in the two groups after statistical treatment, no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease, data comparability.Two acupuncture were 1 times a day,3 times a week, for 2 weeks to 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Treatment is basically the same as in the general data of the two groups of cases, and to observe the shoulder pain, function and activity improvement before and after treatment by Michael Reese medical center, American setting standards, after the study ended input data, using SPSS19.0 software to carry on the analysis, for the count data with Chi square test, measurement of adoption data between groups and within groups were respectively adopted test and paired two independent sample test, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups of treatment method.Results1. Before treatment, the treatment group and the control group of age, sex, course of disease, shoulder score scale control, the difference of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05), clarify the two groups of patients with comparable baseline characteristics.2. After 2 courses of treatment, compared two groups of shoulder joint total score, total score of treatment group was higher than that in control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).3. Compared before and after treatment of shoulder score table, the treatment group and the control group two groups shoulder score table of each component in the treatment has the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), and each component integration after treatment was higher than that before treatment, the two groups to clarify the remedial method can be improved in patients with shoulder joint function, pain, activity, and the treatment group than the control group.4. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was 6 cases, effective in 15 cases, effective in 6 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 86.67%; the control group was 3 cases, effective in 12 cases, effective in 8 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%; the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), to elucidate the clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group.ConclusionScapulohumeral periarthritis patients with the disease, affecting the quality of life, the traditional acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder advantage, also have certain effect, the study of the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group, but also in function, improvement in pain, shoulder joint activities and other aspects of the significantly better than the control group. The Centro square needling clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder is one of the more effective therapy, is worth the clinical promotion.
