Background:Persistent and chronic diarrhea was a set of intestinal disease syndrome, who was due to multiple etiologies and many factors actions.the reason was compiex for persistent and chronic diarrhea, be often due to acute diarrhea not to heal, malnutrition, allergic diseases, lactose intolerance, immune dysfunction, and repeated infection, etal. Food allergy is one factor of chronic diarrhea infant not infected. Cow’s milk allergy incidence was2.0%-7.5%in one year old. Some scholars thought that the increase of food allergen-IgG had a close relationship with the body’s immune system, soluble interleukin-2receptor(sIL-2R) is from the activated T lymphocytes cell membrane interleukin2receptor, whose expression and regulation played an important role in the human immune response and immune regulation, the change of serum sIL-2R may reflect the activation degree of immune cell, was closely related to the allergic disease.Objectives:①Analyze the results of food allergy specific IgG in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea. Comparison and analysis the common kind of food from different ages.②Compare the difference between serum sIL-2R concentration from different ages, in according to the results of serum sIL-2R concentration in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea.③Analyze the results of cow’s milk-specific IgE in young children with cow’s milk allergy.④To explore the changes and the relationship in food allergy-IgG,cow’s milk-specific IgE, serum sIL-2R concentration in young children with food allergy.Methods:①eventy-six young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea were chosen as research subjects, who were fed artificial and they were identified food allergy after food evade-the provocation test, in Shanxi Medical University from Nov.2011to Jun.2012.②ELISA was adopted to test serum14kinds of food allergen-IgG antibodies and serum sIL-2R concentration, the steps were stricty be for in accordance with kit instructions.③Twenty cases cow’s milk protein allergy serums were selected finally (twenty-two cases serum samples were randomly chosed after the parents agreed, in which2cases were abandoned as to serum samples unqualified.) enzyme-linked immunofluorscence was used to detect part serum cow’s milk slgE antibody concentration, the steps were stricty be for in accordance with kit instructions.Results:①The positive rate of serum food-specific IgG was89.5%in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea, in which the positive rate of serum cow’s milk-specific IgG was85.5%and egg-specific IgG was44.7%. The positive rate of cow’s milk-specific IgE was20.0%in young children with cow’s milk protein allergy.②The levels of sIL-2R(837.9±171.0)pg/mL in young children with the food allergen-IgG antibodies positive group(68) were significantly higher than those were in the negative group [8,(782.4±130.9)pg/mL] with persistent and chronic diarrhea (P<0.05); The sIL-2R levels (846.7±168.9)pg/mL in young children with the the cow’s milk IgG positive group(65) were significantly higher than those in negative group[11,(745.3±133.7)pg/mL](P<0.05);The levels of sIL-2R (859.2±161.7) pg/mL in young children with the cow’s milk IgG antibodies negative group(16) were significantly higher than those were in the positive group [4,(826.3±183.6)pg/mL](P<0.05); The sIL-2R levels (866.6±171.0)pg/mL in young children with the the egg IgG positive group(34) were significantly higher than those in negative group[42,(804.1±158.7)pg/mL](P<0.05);③There were a positive correlation between the level of sIL-2R and cow’s milk lglgG in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea(r-0.522, P<0.05); The level of sIL-2R, which was in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea,, has no arelationship with the egg lglgG. There was no relationship between the level of sIL-2R and cow’s milk lglgE in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea. Conclusions:Serum sIL-2R increased were correlated with some food allergy IgG antibody, which were main cow’s milk IgG antibody in young children with persistent and chronic diarrhea. Meanwhile serum sIL-2R increase is not correlated with cow’s milk IgE.Serum sIL-2R increased, which can be used as a indicator in infancy with food allergy that was non-IgE-mediated.
