Objective:The pulse diagnosis is one of the unique diagnostic method of Chinese medicine,widely used in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diseasebecause of its easy operation. This issue through857cases of HIV/AIDS patientspulse analysis in Yunnan Province, study the pulse characteristics of the distributionand pulse with CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count about Yunnan Province, on this basis, furtherstudy AIDS TCM Syndrome Features in order to provide a theoretical basis for theChinese medicine treatment of AIDS.Material and methods:All cases of HIV/AIDS patients are sources of “15” national research projects“Yunnan AIDS Prevention Research‘sub-topics’AIDS Chinese pathogenesis Featuresand TCM climate database to establish.” The collection includes a total of13states inYunnan Province: Baoshan, Banna, Chuxiong, Dehong, Dali, Honghe, Kunming,Linchang, Nujiang, Qujing, Simao, Wenshan, Yuxi, a total of857cases of HIV/AIDSpatients.Questionnaire developed by the expert group,and to gather information as astandard. The pulse information collection: use ZM-â…¢C intelligent pulse instrumentdeveloped by the Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine Science and TechnologyDevelopment Company. Pulse information analysis from the pulse name, pulseposition, pulse power, pulse force, pulse rate, rhythm six. First analysis of the overallcharacteristics of the pulse, followed by gender, history of drug abuse, AIDS ages,CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count pulse correlation analysis. Because of limited conditions, isnot subject to a control group. Data were analyzed by frequency statistics in medical statistics, using SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis.Results:1. The Yunnan region857cases of HIV/AIDS patients pulse promotingpulse,statement on behalf of pulse frequence detection rate and body phlegm,qistagnation,blood stasis,lack of blood,and organs function decline pathological factorshave a certain formation-relationship,suggesting that HIV status is relatively heavy.2. Pulse and gender, AIDS stage, CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count was statisticallysignificant between the pulse position, pulse power, pulse force, pulse rate, rhythm,five elements can be varying degrees of reaction HIV/AIDS patient’s body rise andfall of the process right from wrong.3.857cases of HIV/AIDS patients pulse for no “Wei”, no “Shen”, no “Gen” inYunnan region, suggesting that the whole process of the body of the onset of AIDSblood,severe damage to internal organs function.
