Objective:To study the expression of Ki67in triple negative breast cancer, and itsrelationship with clinical pathological features and estrogen receptor ER, PR and Her-2gene expression, evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer and clinical significance. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry method detected250cases of breast cancerspecimens (205cases of non-triple negative breast cancer,45cases of triple negativebreast cancer) in Ki67and ER, PR, Her-2expression. Results: The expression of ki-67intriple negative breast cancer was higher than non-triple negative breast cancer (P <0.01).The expression of ki-67was not related with the patient’s age, different nationalities, stageand tumor size (P>0.05), The expression of ki-67in group with lymph node metastasiswas higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), The expression of ki-67was a positive correlation between the strength of the Her-2(P <0.05), The expression ofki-67was negatively correlated with ER and PR expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: Theexpression of ki-67in triple negative breast cancer of Uighurs and Han was high. Theexpression of ki-67was not related with the patient’s age, different nationalities, stage andtumor size. ki-67molecular markers in triple negative breast cancer of Uygur and Hanethnic is almost the same. The expression of ki-67in breast cancer indicates the possibilityof lymph node metastasis and its positive correlation with Her-2positive expression,ER,PR negative expression indicates poor prognosis of breast cancer.
