Objective:To study the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular dis-ease of the end-stage liver disease (ESLD) patients after liver transplantation through testing the change of of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of plasma scavenger receptor SRBI of the end-stage liver disease (ESLD) patients before and after liver transplantation and the risk factors blood lipid, blood sugar level of cardiovascular disease. So as to pursue possible way to prolong the Long-term survival of patients with liver transplantation.Methods:Totally30patients received liver transplantation in the first center hospital of Tianjin organ transplant center during Jan2011and Mar2013,who excluded coronary heart disease after the biochemical examination, the sternum,e lectrocardiogram, echocardiography coronary CT examination. All the patients’clini cal data was recorded as follows, such as gender, age, weight, smoking, HBP、CAD、diabetes family history, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric cid, fasting plasma glucose, etc;and clinical follow-up at1year after liver transplantation, review each index and compare these biochemical indexes before and after liv-er transplantation.Testing the genetype frequencies and allele type frequencies changeof gene polymorphism site (rs4238001) of plasma SR-B1for liver trans-plantation patients with single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP).Statistic method:Analyse the data used the statistic software SPSS16.0.Scale data were expressed with mean±sd,followed T test was used to compare scale data between groups,Chi square test were used to compare numeration data. We use Chi square test to compare number of the genetypes of polymorphismssit e between before and after liver transplantation. The association between theSR-B1genetype change of polymorphism site and the pathogenesis of atheros-cler osis at1year after liver transplantation by computing the odds ratios (ORs) a nd95%confidence interval (CIs) of ORs.P<0.05was regarded as the diffe-ren ce has statistical significance.Results:1.At least one cardiovascular risk factor developed in92%of patients. Treated hypertension, observed in70%of the patients at1years,the preval-ence rate of hyperlipemia was65%,while the incidence of Impaired Glucose Toleranc (IGT),diabetes, overweight and obesity were3%,30%,45%and40%res pectively.2.There are GG,GA,AA genotypes of the SR-B1polymorphism site.3.The GG,GA+AA genotype frequency and G,A allele frequency ofSR-B1after liver transplantation had no significant difference with before livertransplantati on (P)0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that hyperlipe-mia,hypertensi on has susceptibility after liver transplantation.Conclusion:1. SR-B1is the protective factor of atherosclerosis, has the remarkable role on resistance to atherosclerosis; between genetic polymorphism of plasma SR-B1and the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis after liver transplantation has not remarkable correlation.2. The level of TC,TG and LDL-C are rising significantly after liver transpla-tation,while the HDL-c level is reduced signifycantly, and prove that dyslipi-demia is happened after liver transplantation.3. The incidence of new-onset diabetes is improved significantly, its mechanism maybe related to the immunosuppressive therapies after liver transplantation.
