The report of the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that to make our efforts to build itself into a powerful human resources. However,at present our country still can only be called human resources of the country,especially the average education level of rural labor in the western region is still relatively low,which seriously restricts the economic development of the western regions. In the poor western regions still have many students’ survival basic health issues of malnutrition, anemia, which not only directly affect the healthy development of their children, but also to the children in the school’s education, improve future occupation development and family economy, improving the country labor force.The purpose of this study is to concerned about the health and nutritional status of pupils in poverty-stricken areas in western rural areas of concern, pay attention to health and education, we report on the result of a randomized control trails (RCTs) involving over1965fourth grade students, from52randomly selected elementary schools in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Through cooperation with regional education department and financial department to carry out the Rural Pupils Parents nutrition knowledge training activities, with the perspective of economics, in order to improve the pertinence of rural health policy and education policy while provide measures to increase the policy efficiency, the article use the econometric method to analyze effects of pupils’education with the influence of the nutritional health condition.The results show that, child malnutrition (anemia) in the western area of our country is a particularly serious problem in rural primary school,14.23%students have varying degrees of anemia problems, more serious area reached18.34%. And the parents of the students because of low education level, the nutrition and health knowledge are poorly understood, leading students dietary imbalance. And intervention through information, parents of anemia knowledge increases, the student’s diet structure is also improved.
