| There exist many problems to be urgently solved in the area of current diabetesdiagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) integrated withWestern medicine. These issues are: lack of standardization in the industry, expertknowledge and experience led treatment efficacy, TCM and expert knowledge includingacademic experience could hardly be inherited and transformed to be a complete andscientific use, which have been holding back the development in the area. Therefore,TCM is difficult to be widely used.Concept lattice and its chart with formal concepts analysis (FCA) could be used tosolve the knowledge discovery (KDD) issue of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.But there existed many problems: weak conceptual classification and no hierarchy,complex interpretation and cumbersome for the great samples, the professional thresholdof interpretation required is higher. So there is a certain distance to FCA in data mining.The method paper listed uses partial-ordered attribute diagram based on FCA andbuilds diabetes knowledge database. Knowledge experience of TCM expert can betransformed for science knowledge with inheritance and usability, in order to achieve thevisualization. The method will apply to explore the new approach to expert system forthis area, laying the further scientific foundation. The main areas are: standardconstruction of mathematical expressions with syndrome differentiation and treatmentunder TCM, building knowledge base, methods of Structure of distribution of TCMprescription, dose-effect relationship of TCM prescription and structure of syndrome,method of attribute partial order structure. Experimental results demonstrate: this methodcan mine diabetic knowledge effectively in the diagnosis and treatment of TCM andWestern medicine. This is a new high-tech means with modern TCM and expertacademic experience on the significance of the expert system for universal application ofTCM. |
