The Study Of Professor Xie Jingri’s Clinical Experiences In Diagnosing And Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Based On The Principle Of Structural Partialordered Attribute Diagram

ObjectiveFamous old herbalist doctors are the precious wealth of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in China,and their academic thoughts and clinical experience are an important part of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,with a very deep Chinese cultural heritage.At present,the discovery of famous TCM academic experience and knowledge is a hot issue in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.How to excavate the hidden knowledge with historical value and research value from a large number of complicated medical case data is a key problem that needs to be solved urgently.MethodsThe data of this study is derived from the outpatient medical record system of Professor Xie of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the first diagnosis time was from September 2016 to September 2021 for patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and 326 valid cases were included after screening and exclusion.The standardization of reference data that meets the inclusion criteria,including the patient’s basic information,symptoms,tongue,pulse,drug name,drug dosage,etc.,is established as the original data database of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis through the form of Excel table;after all the data entry is completed,and then according to the research needs,the property partial order visualization principle based on the analysis of the form concept is established separately,the formal background is further optimized in layering,and finally the attribute partial order structure diagram is generated,and the analysis is based on the top down,From the order from left to right,from the patient’s general characteristics,symptom characteristics,prescription drug rules,some drug dosage relationship and other angles,implicit knowledge discovery was carried out,and the empirical law of Professor Xie Jingri in identifying and treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis was explored.Results1.General characteristics of cases: Professor Xie Jingri’s outpatient chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients are generally characterized by a relatively high incidence of women,the number of people aged 50 to 59 is the largest,mostly accompanied by other digestive diseases.2.Symptom characteristics: Among the 326 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,the most representative symptoms are a total of 7,followed by gastric distention,gastric burning,pantothenic acid,dry mouth,poor sleep,bitter mouth,hiccups.Among them,the stomach is full,the stomach is burning,and the pantothenic acid occupies a large cluster.In terms of tongue veins,the vein strings,dark red tongue,and vein sinking are the most representative,occupying a large cluster.Among them,the most common symptoms of male patients are gastric burning,dry mouth,stomach distension,pantothenic acid,hiccups,bitter mouth,the most common symptoms of female patients are gastric distention,pantothenic acid,stomach burning,sleep difference,dry mouth,bitter mouth,fatigue,belching,through the comparison of the two can be seen that male patients have more priority than female patients hiccup symptoms,while female patients have more priority sleep,fatigue and belching symptoms.3.Empirical medication rules: From the case-Chinese medicine attribute partial order structure chart,it can be seen that Professor Xie Jingri treats the core Chinese medicine in chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and the attribute sequences of this group are Chaihu,Cardamom,Chenpi,Perilla Seed,Bran Fried Atractylodes,Finger Citron,Cuttlebone,Combined Spicebush Root,Houpo,Membrane of Chicken Gizzard,Medicated Leaven,Grass Cardamom.It can be seen from the partial order structure diagram of the traditional Chinese medicine-case object combined with the partial order structure diagram of the dose attribute,professor Xie Jingri’s commonly used drug pairs for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis and its special compatible doses include Radix Paeoniae Alba30g-Licorice 10 g,Citron 15g-Cyperus Rotundus 15 g,Lysimachia Christinae Hance30g-Radix Curcumae 15 g,Cuttlebone 30g-Calcined Concha Arcae 30g-Calcined Concha Meretricis Sea Cyclinae 30 g,Huanglian 15g-Fructus Evodiae 5g,Flosinulae 20g-Hematite10 g,Herba Scutellariae Barbatae 15g-Oldenlandia Diffusa 20 g,etc.It can be seen from the partial order structure diagram of the dose attributes of case-traditional Chinese medicine that the core drug doses of Professor Xie for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis are Chaihu 10 g,Perilla Seed 15 g,Finger Citron 15 g,Chenpi 15 g,Cardamom 15 g,Citron15g,and Houpo 15 g.4.The relationship between the dosage and efficacy of some drugs: Professor Xie has two common doses of Perilla Seed in the basic formula of 20 g and 10 g,two common doses of Cuttlebone 30 g and 20 g,and two common doses of 30 g and 20 g of Radix Paeoniae Alba.The most representative symptoms of Perilla Seed when they have 20 g are pantothenic acid,belching,stomach burning,stomach pain,post-food bloating;the most representative symptoms of Perilla Seed at 10 g are stomach swelling,dry mouth,stomach burning,pulse strings,and pulse slip;the most representative symptoms of Cuttlebone at 30 g are stomach burning,pantothenic acid,dry mouth,stomach swelling,and pulse strings;the most representative symptoms of Cuttlebone at 20 g are pantothenic acid,pulse strings;the most representative symptoms of Radix Paeoniae Alba at 30 g are pulse strings,stomach pain,stomach swelling,pulse slip;the most representative symptoms of Radix Paeoniae Alba 20 g are smooth pulse,dry mouth,dark red tongue.ConclusionBased on the data mining method of attribute partial order visualization representation principle,this study comprehensively displays the data structure of Professor Xie Jingri’s practice experience in identifying and treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis on the tree-like chart,mainly from the level,node,branch and subgroup structure of "disease-symptom-drug-quantity",which can not only effectively discover Professor Xie’s prescription drug art with high universality,but also can spy on its unique prescription medication style with strong specificity.The knowledge discovery results are also in line with Professor Xie Jingri’s identification and treatment ideas,which confirms the feasibility of partial order form structure analysis for the discovery of empirical knowledge of famous doctors,and has certain academic and application value.
