Brain is working as a whole, therefore, it is necessary to study the brain functional network from an overall point of view.In brain functional imaging, FMRI imaging tech-nology with its non-destructive, high time and spatial resolution, and is favored by many neuroscientists. In recent years, the application of FMRI in cognitive neuroscience and clinical neuroscience and other fields has been made tremendous achievements. Among them, the brain functional connectivity analysis and functional network analysis have become the hot spots of the brain research. During the master’s degree, my main job is to study the brain functional network by using the resting FMRI data, and explore the abnormal pattern of ADHD patients and its classification.First, we explore the brain functional networks’abnormal pattern of ADHD by using the minimum of the first order partial correlation analysis, and found some abnormal con-nections between the default network and other brain networks in children with ADHD, Thus the pathological mechanism of ADHD may be related to the abnormal connection of the anterior cingulate (ACG) and the insular cortex (INS).Second, we use Space-a new partial correlation analysis, and extract the edges of significant differences in two types of people by univariate logistic regression method, then put them as features in the support vector machine (SVM) for classification, the highest classification accuracy is about75.4%; In addition, we found that the abnor-malities of HIP.L(hippocampus)、THA.L(hypothalamus)、HES.L (transverse gyrus) PCUN.R(precuneus) may be associated with ADHD.Finally, considering different network construction methods will produce different results, and to study the pathological mechanisms of ADHD more comprehensive, we use the Pearson correlation, the minimum of the first order partial correlation and Space to analysis the data from Beijing respectively, by comparing the obtained results, we found that the anomaly of caudate nucleus may have some influence on ADHD.
