| Objective:Treated by traditional Chinese and Western medicine anastomosis andconservative conservative and Western medicine for adhesive ileus: a group to discusspathogenesis and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, observing the superiority oftreated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for adhesive ileus,designing an effective treatment programme, under the guidance of clinical treatment ofadhesive intestinal obstruction, provide a theoretical basis and experimental evidence forimproving clinical efficacy.Methods: A total of80patients with Adhesive intestinal obstruction were collected instrict accordance with the selection and exclusion criteria for the stydy. All the patientswere divided into two groups:43cases in the Research Group and37cases in the Controlgroup.Research Group: based therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine andacupuncture treatment of adhesive ileus with combination of traditional Chinese andWestern medicine. Control group: using simple basic treatment of adhesive intestinalobstruction. Through observation of clinical signs and x-line air fluid level indicators toanalyse its clinical effects. Treatment groups were observed for ten days.Results: Each group has the consistent clinical baseline.In the total effective rate, theresearch group has a better advantage than the control group.Both before and aftertreatment in patients with signs and symptoms of the disease changes, sum up the effect ofthe study group is better. Through statistical analysis, there are significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the medical surgical conservative treatment methods on the basis ofGeneral, by gastric tube injection, combined with traditional Chinese medicine retentionEnema, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine umbilical area, reached a very satisfactory results. Relatively simple medical treatment, shortening the course toreduce reoperation rate, improve the quality of life benefits. The combined Chinese andWestern medicine treatment of adhesive ileus is worthy of further promotion in clinicaland research. |
