Objective: by liver-Qi deficiency of posterior circulation ischemia study onetiological factors and pathogenesis of Vertigo and tonic decoction: a clinical observation,validation dabu decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia clinicalapplicability of Vertigo.Methods: clinical diagnosis in patients with posterior circulation ischemia dizziness60patients were randomly assigned to two groups,30cases of treatment of those groups,dabu liver decoction in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, control group of30cases, Gaultheria leucocarpa var syrup for treatment, both groups are a7day course ofconsecutive treatment of three courses. Observed two groups of patients before and aftertreatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, respectively changed detectionof serum lipid before and after medication and Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD),and other indicators of change, perform statistical analysis to determine effect; and, threebefore and after treatment in General, ECG, and liver and kidney function tests, performingstatistical analysis, judgement of its drug safety.Results: clinical observation, dabu decoction can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemia dizziness as well as TCDindicators on three patients with normal, ECG, and liver, kidney function without adverseeffects, has a good efficacy and safety.Conclusion: dabu Tang has good warming Yang and invigorating Qi, rose qingyang,drop effect of the vitiated air. Can improve symptoms in patients with Vertigo, fatiguefatigue, fear of the alleged tension, cavity accompanied by symptoms such as swelling ofhypochondriac pain with notable curative effect, prove tonic decoction group of rigorousscience, treatment of the liver-Qi deficiency, Qing Yang, instead of rising, blood stasis in water and drinking in the Sun.
