Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Dingxuan Juan Pain Decoction On The Ischemia After Treatment

1 ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to sum up the experience of the famous old Chinese medicine. Observe the Dingxuan juantong decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia clinical curative effect, specifically its treatment characteristics and advantages, and to evaluate its clinical application value. And rich traditional Chinese medicine treatment of circulation ischemia after treatment, to provide theoretical basis for clinical research work.2 Methods66 patients met with the criteria for study and were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group received Ding xuan juan tong decoction, one dose a day and was given twice during the day; Patients in control group were given Fu fang xue shuan tong jiao nang,three tableets once a day and three times a day. Basic treatment of the two groups were oral aspirin (aspirin) every night before going to bed once and for complications of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia and give corresponding treatment measures.Treatment lasted for 14 days.Symptoms of the posterior circulation ischemia, as well as improvement of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed and compared.3 Results1).According to the evaluation standard of DARS score, two groups of DARS curative effect comparison, the treatment group total effective rate 90.63%, the control group total effective rate 77.42%. P<0.05, the curative effect of the two groups have significant difference, indicating that after treatment DARS score total efficacy, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2). According to the symptom total curative effect evaluation standard, comparing the two groups of symptom total curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group 90.63%, control group total effective rate was 70.97%. P< 0.05, the curative effect of the two groups has statistically significant differences, indicating that the symptoms score before and after the treatment to compare the curative effects and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3). According to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score evaluation standard, the two groups of TCM syndrome score effect comparison, the treatment group total effective rate 93.75%, the control group total effective rate 74.19%. P<0.05, the curative effect of the two groups have significant difference, indicating that after the treatment of TCM syndrome score total curative effect, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4). According to the results of TCD examination, two groups of TCD vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity and pulsatility index were improved obviously, the difference in the two groups before and after treatment in check treatment group was better than that of the control group, effectively improve vertebral basilar artery blood supply situation, increasing the flow of blood to the brain.In summary, treatment group and control group after circulation ischemia in the aspects of improving the DARS score, symptom score, TCM syndrome score, TCD have achieved good effect, but compared with both of them and treatment effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4 ConclusionFrom perspective of DARS score, symptom score and TCM syndrome score, TCD, Dingxuan juantong decoction treatment of posterior circulation ischemia significantly improved clinical symptoms, for wind-yang disturbance syndrome of exact, it is worth popularization and application for clinical treatment of circulation ischemia provide more theoretical basis.
