Clinical Study Of Xiaochaihu Decoction And Zexie Decoction In The Treatment Of Post Circulation Ischemia (Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Zexie Decoction in the treatment of post circulation ischemia.Methods:According to the proposed criteria,72 patients with posterior circulation ischemia(liver depression and spleen deficiency)were selected from the outpatients of brain disease center of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were given aspirin enteric coated tablets(100mg / time,once a day),the treatment group was given Xiaochaihu Decoction and Zexie Decoction(100ml /time,in the morning and evening),and the control group was given betastatin mesylate tablets(6mg / time,three times a day).The course of treatment was 14 days.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,clinical effect,DHI,frequency of vertigo attack,duration of vertigo attack and other data changes were observed and recorded.Spss19.0statistical software was used to input data,describe statistics and test results.To evaluate the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Zexie Decoction in the treatment of post circulation ischemia(liver depression and spleen deficiency).Result:1.omparison of clinical efficacy: after drug intervention,the clinical symptoms of vertigo in the two groups were improved(P < 0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.2%,and that of the control group was 72.7%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of vertigo scale score: after drug intervention,the total score of vertigo scale in the two groups was improved(P < 0.05),and the average total score of the treatment group(24.2 ± 4.88)was lower than that of the control group(26.1 ± 3.45).The curative effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P< 0.05).3.Specific score comparison of vertigo disorder scale: the scores of body,function and emotion in vertigo disorder scale of the two groups were lower than before(P< 0.05),and the scores of emotion in vertigo disorder scale of the treatment group(8.53 ±1.66)were lower than that of the control group(10.12 ± 2.39).It indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving patients’ emotional symptoms(P <0.05).4.Comparison of vertigo attack times and vertigo attack duration: after drug intervention,the vertigo attack times and vertigo attack duration of the two groups were lower than before(P < 0.05),The frequency and duration of vertigo attack(5.24 ± 1.18)and attack duration(6.15 ± 1.54)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(6.06 ± 1.48)and duration(7.12 ± 1.87),indicating that compared with the control group,the prognosis of the treatment group was better(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Zexie decoction is obvious,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,but also reduce the influence of disease on patients’ emotion.Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with Zexie Decoction in the treatment of post circulation ischemia(syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency)is worthy of further exploration and has a broad prospect of treatment.
