| Objective:To investigate effects of Naringin on expression of P38MAPK and ERK1/2signaling proteins of Human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3,a preliminary to explorethe antitumor effect of naringin.Methods:SKOV3cell was cultured in vitro and divided into five groups randomly, namelycontrol group, naringin group(10μmol/L),naringin group(20μmol/L),naringin group(40μmol/L)and celecoxib group(80μmol/L).Growth inhibition rates of differentrosiglitazone concentrations for24h to SKOV3cells were measured by MTT method. The expression of P38MAPK and ERK1/2signaling proteins was determined byWestern blot after Forty-eight hours.Results:1.Naringin can significantly inhibit the growth of SKOV3cell.2.Compared with control group, only naringin group(40μmol/L)and celecoxibgroup can significantly cut P38MAPK signaling proteins, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with control group, only naringin group(40μmol/L)and celecoxibgroup can significantly cut ERK1/2signaling proteins, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P <0.05).Conclusions:Naringin can inhibit P38MAPK and ERK1/2signaling proteins of SKOV3cell,suggest appropriate concentration of naringin can prevent the growth of SKOV3cells,provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer. |
