| Objective:Observation ultrasonic colourful beauty instrument import the seven white powder treatment the curative effect of female chloasma.Methods:Select60patients with chloasma female, were randomly divided into treatment group A and the control group B, group C,20cases in each group. Respectively using ultrasonic colourful beauty instrument import the seven white powder, use alone the seven white powder treatment, use ultrasonic contrast colour light treatment, observation of treatment group and control group before and after treatment clinical curative effect and adverse reactions.Result:On female chloasma therapy, the treatment group A and group B and group C total effective rate was100%, significant efficiency were90%,65%and45%respectively. Through statistical analysis, comprehensive clinical curative effect between three groups have no significant difference (p>0.05), the efficiency of three groups show significant differences (p<0.05), treatment group markedly superior to control group, treatment group has significant curative effect.Conclusion:Ultrasonic colourful import the seven white powder treating chloasma with obvious therapeutic effect, of which the operation is simple, painless, and worth to the general for the promotion of use. |
