| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Supplementing QI and worming Yang andBlood-flow Stimulating and promoting Diuresis decoction in treating Chronic CongestiveHeart Failure and its effect on Serum NT-ProBNP level.Methods：70patients of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure were randomly dividedinto the control group (35cases) and the treatment group (35cases). Control group fortherapy of Western medicine, treatment group by taking Supplementing QI and wormingYang and Blood-flow Stimulating and promoting Diuresis decoction and Western medicine,for a course of four weeks.Results: After four weeks of treatment: The total curative effect in the Lee’s integralheart failure,the total effect rate of treatment group is88.57%,which is higher than thecontrol group’s74.28%, which has difference statistically significant(P<0.05); On thetraditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect aspect, the total effect rate oftreatment group is91.42%,which is higher than the control group’s65.41%, which hasdifference statistically significant(P<0.05); In the heart function curative effect (NYHA)aspect, the total effect rate of treatment group is82.85%,which is higher than the controlgroup’s62.86%, which has difference statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared withbefore treatment, two group of blood Serum NT-ProBNP water has the drop equally, alsothe treatment group is lower than the control group obviously, has statistics significance(P<0.05); After treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group in the heartfailure (lee’s) score,6-mwt, quality of life, the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and echocardiography which also has difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: This study has been sure of clinical effects on Supplementing QI andworming Yang and Activating Stimulating and promoting Diuresis decoction. It Cansignificantly relieve the symptoms of heart failure, improving heart function, reduceing thedosage of digoxin, reducing serum NT-proBNP, improving the quality of life,improving theclinical curative effect,and further research has laid a good foundation for the future. |
