Studing The Effect In The Endometrium Of DOR Rats Induced By GTW By Using The BuShenHuoXue Formular

Objective:To study the effect of the BuShenHuoXue formular on the uterus index, endometrial morphology, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the kinase domain-containing receptor(KDR);and try to expound the mechanism of the formular improving the growing of the endometrium which could supply the laboratory basis for clinic.Methods:Sixty rats were divided into six groups,as control group, model group, LiuWeiDiHuang soup group, BuShenHuoXue Formula low dose group, BuShenHuoXue Formula middle dose group and BuShenHuoXue Formula high dose group.Observation of the level of uterus index, endometrial morphology and the expression of VEGF and KDR in the proliferation endometrium of rats.(the expression of VEGF and KDR were examined by immunohistochemistry techniques).Results:The uterus index is descent significantly in model compared with control (p<0.01); the level of the expression of VEGF and KDR is descent significantly (p<0.01), BuShenHuoXue Formula high dose, middle dose, low and LiuWeiDiHuang soup all could increase the uterus index(p<0.01or p<0.05), there is no difference compared with control.And significantly up-regulate the expression of VEGF and KDR, there is big difference compared with all model (p<0.05or p<0.01). The low dose of BuShenHuoXue Formular obviously increase the level of the expression of VEGF compared with model(p<0.05),and there is no difference in the uterus index and the expression of KDR(p>0.05).The BuShenHuoXue Formula high dose could up-regulate the expression of KDR compared with LiuWeiDiHuang soup(p<0.05),and there is no difference in the uterus index and the expression of VEGF between them(p>0.05). The uterus index is not different between the BuShenHuoXue Formula high dose, middle dose and low dose group(p>0.05).The low dose group could down-regulate the positive expression of VEGF and KDR compared with other two Chinese medicine groups (p<0.05),and based on the low expression as(+).The BuShenHuoXue Formula high dose and middle dose group could up-regulate the positive expression of VEGF and KDR,and based on the high expression as(++or++).Conclusions:1. The BuShenHuoXue Formula could directly effect on the endometrium to promote it growing by up-regulating the positive expression of VEGF and KDR.2. The effect mechanism of the BuShenHuoXue Formula which can improve the ovarian reserve function is to ameliorate the main clinical syndromes of DOR by promoting endometrial angiogenesis and the growth of endometrium.3. The BuShenHuoXue Formula is better in promoting endometrial angiogenesis and the growth of endometrium than the LiuWeiDiHuang Formula.
