| In academic research, this paper combines the old people’s physiological and pathological characteristic with the characteristic of alzheimer’s patients clinical manifestation to deeply study etiology and pathogenesis of AD from the perspective of Chinese medicine. I think pathological essence of Alzheimer is virtual to real."YinShang" is an important pathogenesis of AD; the essence is the; this deficiency by liver and kidney Yin deficiency, medullary sea empty is given priority to, is the real main phlegm blood stasis, and the virtual and the real can often influence each other, each other is cause and effect, forming a vicious cycle of pathologically. The AD was related with many factors. Because the Chinese medicine emphasizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM, it has unique and obvious advantages in the treatment of alzheimer’s disease on the many complex factors in disease. The theoretical part of this paper combines the etiology and pathogenesis of AD with the years of AD research progress of traditional Chinese medicine, putting forward "nourishing liver and kidney, invigorate the circulation of phlegm" method which is used to prevention and treatment of senile dementia. What’s more, in the name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine WANG Canhui experience under the guidance of professor, in view of the development of alzheimer’s disease pathology and clinical manifestations, the doctor of Ming dynasty and founded a cure for the plague of wu square "scattered" three cutting was renamed "improved top spread", is used to treat alzheimer’s disease, research has shown that the party no matter from the clinical use drug treatment, experimental research and theory have been proved to have good therapeutic effect; and also to further explore the pathology of alzheimer’s disease essence especially "YinShang" pathological factors in its role in the development of the disease.While on the experimental research, this experiment used D-galactose subacute aging and intracranial injection of A β1-42, IBO mixture joint caused by AD model, this building method can cause animal dementia model of a long time, has been widely used in alzheimer’s experiment building.
