Objective:This research is projected to collect and analyze hospital records of application PTX chemotherapy in the tumor hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of JiangSu province from April2012to November2012, methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine theory and clinical study of combined, studies bone marrow suppression-the most common side effects of chemotherapy of the pathogenesis and prevention and cure. That" spleen kidney and qi blood both deficiency" as the theoretical basis, observe preventive and therapeutic effection of astragalus injection injecting ST36of patients bone marrow suppression used PTX chemotherapy, evaluate its effect on immune cells, and search inhibiting control method which is relatively more effective and safer to patients with bone marrow used PTX chemotherapy. Methods:This research is randomized, controlled approach, the object are60cases in Chinese medicine hospital of JiangSu province from April2012to November2012applicating of PTX chemotherapy, each30cases were randomly splited into control group and treatment group, two groups were given conventional containing PTX chemotherapy scheme, the treatment group on the basis of this to inject astragalus injection, to observe a cycle of chemotherapy, compare two groups of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy and its influence on cellular immunity, and to evaluate its safety.Results:1. WBC Change Analysis:In the middle of chemotherapy there are bone marrow suppression in both groups, but at the end of chemotherapy, the treatment group were normal, the control bone marrow suppression in30%of patients. Two groups compare with very significant difference significance (p<0.01) or less.2. NE Change Analysis:Mid-term and the end of chemotherapy both groups have bone marrow suppression, but in the end of chemotherapy, the control group have2cases appeared IV degrees of bone marrow suppression. To compare average and mean of two groups, the control group is on the decline, but the treatment group is on the rise, two groups has significant difference (p<0.05).3. Hb Change Analysis:Mid-term and the end of chemotherapy there are bone marrow suppression in both groups. The curve of two groups compared, after chemotherapy curve overall trend of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group. Two groups of comparison difference has significant difference (p<0.05). 4. PLT Change Analysis:In the middle of the Chemotherapy, there are bone marrow suppression in both groups. But at the end of chemotherapy, the treatment group are normal, but the control group still has some patients bone marrow suppression. Two groups of comparison difference has the remarkable significance (p<0.001) or less.5. Cellular immune analysis:CD8+(%), CD4+/CD8+in two groups of patients before and after chemotherapy comparison are no statistically significant differences (p>0.05), but two groups of CD3+(%) compared the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6. Safety analysis:The differences of two groups of patients before and after chemotherapy in AST、ALT、Ur and Cr are not statistically significant (p>0.05)Conclusion:1. Acupuncture point injecting astragalus injection on PTX drugs after chemotherapy in patients can effectively prevent the bone marrow suppression, the specific performance of WBC, NE, Hb and PLT especially for WBC.2. It has certain protective effect to cellular immune function of patients with acupuncture point injection with astragalus injection on after chemotherapy drugs taxol.3. It is a safe and effective therapy to inject astragalus injection on PTX drugs after chemotherapy in patients of the bone marrow suppression..
