Purpose: Makes up the positive also five soup combined with heat-clearing anddetoxifying drugs for the treatment of unstable angina (Qi deficiency and blood stasis) theclinical efficacy and safety.Method: Selection of unstable angina (Qi deficiency and blood stasis) patients with60cases,30were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases. Thetreatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine taking positive also five soupcombined with heat-clearing and detoxifying, sooner or later each time,100ml warm clothes.The control group on the basis of conventional western medicine taking positive also fivesoup, sooner or later each time,100ml warm clothes.Conclusion:30cases of patients, the efficacy of TCM,12cases markedly effective,effective11cases, invalid4cases, increased in3cases, the effective rate was40%, the totalefficiency of76.7%; ECG efficacy,7cases markedly effective, effective12cases, invalid10cases, increased in1cases, the effective rate was23.3%, the total efficiency is63.3%; diseaseeffect, effective in8cases, effective12cases, invalid9cases, increased in1cases, markedlyeffective rate is26.7%, the total efficiency of66.7%.30patients in control group, TCM syndrome curative effect, effective in6cases,effective11cases, invalid5cases, increased in8cases, the effective rate was20%, the totalefficiency of56.7%; ECG efficacy,5cases markedly effective, effective6cases, invalid13cases, increased in6cases, the effective rate was16.7%, the total efficiency is36.7%; diseaseeffect, effective in5cases, effective7cases, invalid13cases, increased in5cases, markedlyeffective rate is16.7%, the total efficiency of40%.Result: Makes up the positive also five soup combined with heat-clearing anddetoxifying drugs for the treatment of unstable angina (Qi deficiency and blood stasis)efficacy,is the most effective treatment for treating the syndromes of unstable angina pectoris.
