| Objective: Use of heat-clearing and detoxifying、promoting blood and dispelling stasis method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine western medicine against toxic heat and blood stasis type unstable angina treatment,observe the clinical curative effect,explore its action mechanism,evaluation of its safety,so as to the treatment of unstable angina provide valuable clinical thinking.Methods:Randomly divide 60 cases of patients included in the standard into two groups: experimental group and control group 30 cases each.Group of western medicine treatment at the same time add has heat-clearing and detoxifying、promoting blood and dispelling stasis efficacy of Chinese medicine,the control group of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment of 4 weeks,respectively,two groups of curative effect index and safety index.Data using the SPSS17.0 statistical analysis.Results: Collected respectively after 4 weeks of clinical treatment,two groups of related data and statistical analysis after confirmed: experimental group and control group,curative effect is obvious,the curative effect more apparent and the test group(P < 0.05);Liver and kidney functions such as safety indexes before and after treatment was no significant difference(P > 0.05),both groups showed a good security.Conclusion: This study preliminarily shows that heat-clearing and detoxifying、promoting blood and dispelling stasis method effectively improve toxic heat and blood stasis unstable angina patients with clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and has good security.Its mechanism may be related to heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs to relieve inflammatory infiltration of vascular endothelial cells,prevent artery atheroma plaque rupture or erosion,stable plaques;promoting blood and dispelling stasis drugs dilating coronary artery,improve the coronary artery blood flow,improve microcirculation. |
