Objective:(1) The experiment was based on director National Natural Science Foundation (endometriosis blood stasis specific proteomics research, project number:30973770) pre proteomics positive results, now immunohistochemical methods for early positive results for authentication.immunohistochemical method was applied to test the expression of al-antitrypsin (al-AT), retinol binding protein (RBP) and interleukin6(IL-6) and neurofilament protein (NFP) on eutopic and ectopic endometrium of treatment group and control group and to find the expression differences. The treatment group is endometriosis patients whose syndrome types are blood stasis, qi and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and control group is the normal people;(2) To discusse the syndrome types essence of blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, kidney deficiency blood stasis of EM. and shed light on the molecular underpinnings of EM syndrome of blood stasis syndrome, looking for meaningful molecular markers;Methods:Eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of EM patients were taken, in which6cases of blood stasis syndrome type,6cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type.6cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type, and take eutopic endometrial tissues of6cases of normal people. Using immunohistochemical method to study the expression differences ofal-AT. RBP. il-6. NFP in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of EM patients and normal endometrial tissues.to test the above index expression on paraffin specimens in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of18EM patients and6cases of normal endometrial tissues, and to measure IOD values of the above result by Image pro Plus5.0software,and to analyse the expression differences in eutopic and ectopic endometrium and normal endometrial tissues among the EM blood stasis syndrome type,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type,kidney deficiency syndrome type,blood stasis syndrome type patients by statistical methodsResults:Immunohistochemical studies suggest that the expression differences ofal-AT,RBP, IL-6, NFP in eutopic endometrium among three syndrome types compared with normal control group has statistical significance (P<0.05):the expression differences of al-AT. RBP. IL-6in eutopic endometrium among three syndrome types compared with normal control group has statistical significance (P<0.05):the expression differences of NFP in ectopic endometrium among three syndrome types compared with normal control group has no statistical significance (P>0.05):the expression differences of α1-AT in ectopic endometrium of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type compared with other syndrome types has statistical significance (P<0.05). while the expression differences among other syndrome types has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) α1-AT,RBP,11-6. NFP may become the EM marker of blood stasis syndrome type (2) al-AT may be the essence of qi stagnation and blood stasis for which has expression differences among other syndrome types.(3)RBP. IL-6. NFP is not fit for guiding the diagnosis and differentiation of candidate molecules for their expression specificity is poor in three syndrome types.
