With the deepening of medical system reform in china, more and more privateand public hospitals pour into the market. Therefore, public hospitals face theincreasing competition from market day by day. Public hospitals have to optimize thesalary system being used if they want to improve key competition power of themarket and build the salary system which has internal cohesiveness and externalcompetitiveness.Through field investigation, the author has a clear understanding of Beijing Cpublic hospital human resources, organizational structure and salary system. Theauthor studies indicate there are problems such as shortage of strategic direction, lackof necessary job analysis and job evaluation, inconsequence of salary component,compensation not linked to performance appraisal, infirmity of welfare system atBeijing C public hospital compensation system, and analyzed the cause of theproblem.Combined actual situation of hospital, the author design a feasible, compliancewith Beijing C public hospital strategy compensation system optimization programthrough step such as developing remuneration strategy, job analysis, job evaluation,salary surveys, economic and spiritual compensation optimization by the humanresource management, compensation management and other related theories.Meanwhile, the author points out optimized compensation system can run efficientlyby strengthening the implementation of the pay system, a sound performanceappraisal system and the establishment of channels of communication and feedbacksalary.Based on the analysis of the huge quantity data from C public hospital, this thesisputs forward new ways to resolve salary system problem and optimal scheme. Inaddition, it also builds the salary system satisfying the feature and economy situationof C public hospital, which is meaningful for accomplishing strategic objects andimproving the core competitiveness of the hospital. At the same time, the salary optimization has not put in practice, so it is not avoidable that there are problemsbeing improved and completed once it will be put in practice one day.
