Clinical Study Of Jiangrong Warming Decoction Treatment With Slow Transit Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiangrong Warming Decoction in improving the defecation and its quality for those patients with Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency.Methods:The collected62patients with Slow Transit Constipating of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group have32patients while control group30cases. Two groups in age,gender,duration of treatment and disease level classification was no significant difference(p>0.05) comparable.The treatment group was treated with Jiangrong Warming Decoction, Decoction,every100ml/bags, twice a day;the control group with BianMTong,Po,20ml/bottle,lbottle each time,twice a day.One week for a course,The whole courses were4weeks and the post-treatment follow-up would be in the next month,and observe to the changes of the improvement of symptoms after treatment Observe the efficiency of two groups.ResuIts:The treatment group compared with the control group,the treatment group of total efficiency was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the clinical symptom scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05);compare aspects of the clinical efficiency of the treatment group were better than the treatment group(P<0.01);the treatment through the x-ray marker residue number less than the two control group(P<0.05);the treatment group of the recurrence rate was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The two groups were not found significant adverse events during treatment is safe and effective.Conclusion:The treatment of jiangrong Warming Decoction with Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency in total efficiency,clinical symptom score,clinical efficiency,slow transit test efficiency and the recurrence rate better than BianMiTong, is treatment of slow transit constipation safe and effective prescription.
