| Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of external ophthalmoplegia treated by acupuncture.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,40patients of external ophthalmoplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with20cases in each group. Control group received intramuscular injections of Mecobalamin injection0.5mg and Vitamin B1injection100mg each time, once every two days.Besides, patients in the treatment group on the basis of control group adopted acupuncture, once a day.2sets all take15days as one treatment periods,and three treatment periods altogether.Before and after the course,record each patient’s symptoms improved conditions respectively.Based on the collection of data, and using SPSS18.0statistical analysis software for data processing. According to the result analysis, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:Observations show that two methods of treatment all can improve symptoms for the patients:Treatment group healed5cases,9cases,5cases were effective and invalid1cases, the total effective rate was95%, the recovery rate was25%; Control group healed1cases,5cases,8cases were effective and invalid6cases, the total effective rate was70%, the recovery rate was5%. Compared with control group, the total effective rate and cure rate of treatment group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture with intramuscular injections with Mecobalamin injection and Vitamin B1injection is superior to the treatment by intramuscular injections with Mecobalamin injection and Vitamin B1injection. |
