Objective:By observing the flavored pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity resistance hypertension patients and the clinical curative effect of blood lipids, blood uric acid to explore its action mechanism.Methods:60cases of phlegm turbidity resistance type hypertension (level2) outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases each. Chlorine treatment group was given50mg/time with sand, on the basis of once-daily oral combined use of flavored pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction, the control group given50mg/time, chlorine sand once-daily oral. Treatment for4weeks, observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment the change of blood pressure, blood uric acid, blood lipids.Results:1.The antihypertensive effect:the influence of antihypertensive effects in the two groups total effective rate is90%in treatment group, control group76%, there is statistical significance (P<0.05); The two groups after treatment compared with before treatment significantly lower blood pressure, was statistically significant (P<0.05); Blood pressure compared the two groups after treatment the treatment group significantly lower than the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The effects on blood uric acid:the treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment the blood uric acid decreased obviously, was statistically significant (P<0.05); The control group after treatment compared with before treatment the blood uric acid has no obvious drop, no statistical significance (P>0.05); The two groups after treatment the blood uric acid is obviously lower than the control group, treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05).3.The effects on blood lipids:the treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment TG decreased obviously, HDL C significantly increased, with statistical significance (P<0.05), TC, LDL C fell slightly, with no statistical significance (P>0.05); The control group after treatment compared with before treatment the TC, TG, LDL C no significant decline, HDL C has no obvious increase, no statistical significance (P>0.05); Comparing the two groups after treatment of TG significantly lower than the control group, treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), HDL C treatment group is significantly higher than the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05), TC, LDL C no obvious lower than the control group, treatment group has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The flavored pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction combined use of antihypertensive agents can reduce phlegm turbidity resistance hypertension patients in blood pressure levels.2.The flavored pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction can reduce phlegm turbidity resistance hypertension patient blood uric acid level.3.The flavored pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction of phlegm turbidity of resistance type hypertension patients had regulation blood lipids...
