The Clinical Observation Of Fuyuan Huoxue Tang Jiawei In The Treatmeat Of Chronic Heart Failure (HF)Classified As Qi-Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect about Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei on the Qi deficiency and blood stasis chronic heart failure (Coronary heart disease heart failure),Study the mechanism of the Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei in the patients with chronic heart failure.Methods60patients with chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease (Coronary heart disease heart failure) NYHA heart function classification on II-Ⅲ level were randomized equally divided into treatment group and control group, that is treatment group30cases and control group30cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei (150m1, Twice a day,4weeks for a period of treatment)on the basis of conventional western medicine.Observe the TCM syndrome score, heart function grading, Lee’s heart failure score, heart coloury index (EF FS E/A), plasma BNP concentration,6minutes walk distance. All the data was analyzed by statistics and the clinical efficacy were evaluated objectively.Results The cardiac function classification, TCM syndrome integral, echocardiography hemodynamic indexes,6minutes walking distance and BNP have significant difference between after-treatment and before-treatment (P<0.05) in the two groups, that is the above indexes were obviously improved after treatment both the two groups. The TCM syndrome integral and6minutes walking distance have significant difference between the treatment group and the controlled group(P<0.05) after treatment, that is the curative effect of the the treatment group is better than the controlled group on the two indicators. The remaining indicators have no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), in other words,the two groups have the fairly curative effect for the rest indicators.Conclusion Firstly, Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei with anti-heart failure western medicine can Obviously alleviate clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure. Secondly, Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei can reduce plasma BNP concentration,inhance the level of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), increase6minutes walking distance in the experiment and improve patients’quality of life.In a word, Fuyuan Huoxue decoction Jiawei is the treatment for chronic heart failure of qi deficiency blood stasis type, has no obvious side effects and better safety.
