Clinical Observation On Shuyu Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease, Heart Failure, Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Combined With Anxiet

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuyu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure complicated with anxiety.Methods:From August 2020 to December 2021,the inpatients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)complicated with anxiety who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology and Psychiatry of Dianjiang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chongqing and met the requirements were collected.Relevant information.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and experimental group,and were treated with conventional Western medicine for coronary heart failure and heart failure+Qili Qiangxin Capsule and conventional Western medicine for coronary heart failure+Shuyu Huoxue Decoction.A course of 4 weeks was given,and the efficacy was analyzed after one course of treatment.Mainly from the terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),TCM symptom score and safety index to evaluate the effect of Shuyu Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure complicated with anxiety.The efficacy and safety of patients,all data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0.Result:1.Efficacy of ejection fraction:there was no difference in the ejection fraction between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the ejection fraction in the two groups was improved compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was significantly improved than that in the control group.2.Efficacy of N-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor:before treatment,there was no difference in N-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor between the two groups;after treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the decrease of N-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.3.HAMA score:There was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The HAMA score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that Shuyu Huoxue Decoction can better improve the patient’s anxiety state and improve life.quality.4.TCM syndrome score:there was no difference in the syndrome score between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the effective rate of the experimental group was 88%>the effective rate of the control group was 75%.5.Comparison between groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,the treatment is effective.Conclusion:Shuyu Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine can better improve left ventricular ejection fraction and lower end cerebral urinary sodium in patients with coronary heart failure and heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome combined with anxiety.Peptide level,better improve the emotional level of patients,better improve the patient’s TCM syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.And has good security.
