Effects Of Jiawei Linggui Zhugan Decoction The Peripheral Blood Ion And Plasma Protein Expression Of Patients With Ascites Due To Cirrhosis

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Linggui Zhugan decoction on patients with ascites due to cirrhosis and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:Choosing the inclusion criteria of60examples of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis, they were randomly divided into the treatment group (30examples) and the control group (30examples). The treatment group were treated by conventional treatment adding Jiawei Linggui Zhugan decoction and the control group by routine western medicine. Both groups were treated for4weeks. After4weeks, symptoms, signs, ion level of peripheral blood, plasma protein, volume of ascites and QOL (living of quality)of two groups were compared.Results:1. The treatment group, there were8examples markedly effective, effective20examples, and2examples ineffective, the total effective rate of it was93.3%; in the control group,3examples markedly effective, effectivel8examples, and9examples ineffective, the total effective rate was70.0%, There was statistically significant between them (P<0.05). After treatment,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms scores of two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group.2. Both Na and K ion content of two groups in interim of treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).plasma protein level of two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group.3. The index of QOL (living of quality) in two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), and QOL of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1. In the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis, the effect of the treatment group adding Traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with western medicine therapy is better than that of the control group by simple western medicine treatment.2. Jiawei Linggui Zhugan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, correct disorders of Na and K ion of peripheral blood, increase plasma protein content and enhance the patient’s quality of life integral.
